Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive

Role Overview

  • The ideal candidate will identify untapped market opportunities, cultivate high-value corporate partnerships, and manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial cold outreach to final contract execution.
  • This role requires a blend of analytical market mapping and persuasive communication to transform cold prospects into long-term commercial accounts.
  • We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive to accelerate company growth through strategic market expansion and direct revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Negotiation: Structure commercial proposals, navigate pricing discussions, and finalize service level agreements.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain meticulous data hygiene in the CRM to accurately forecast monthly revenues.
  • Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and targeted emails.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to align market feedback with company offerings.
  • Client Pitching: Design and deliver tailored product presentations that address specific client pain points.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze industry verticals to identify, map, and prioritize high-yield business accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture newly closed accounts during onboarding to secure early renewal and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze market data, identify industry trends, and pivot sales strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Minimum 3+ years of verifiable success in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Highly resilient, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
  • Superb negotiation, copywriting, and public speaking skills for C-suite presentations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Mastery of CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
